The Moorings Townhouse is a semi detached, two storey property set right on the shores of the River Nairn, looking out over grassland towards Nairn Dunbar golf course. The Harbour and Nairn’s beautiful sandy beaches are less than 200 metres away. The Links area, just a few minutes walk from The Moorings, provides a good range of leisure activities, including a modern indoor swimming pool just beyond.



A small entry hall leads to the comfortably furnished lounge, in which there is a TV, DVD, VCR and a selection of books and videos for all ages. The modern kitchen/dining area is off the lounge, and has glorious views out over the river (watch the swans while washing up!).



The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-ring gas hob, electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, crockery, glassware, pans and all other necessary kitchen utensils. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also located here.

The Townhouse sleeps four in two upstairs bedrooms (one room has a double bed and the other room has comfortable full-size bunk beds). We can also supply (at no extra charge) a travel cot with baby bedding, folding change table and highchair. The pleasant upstairs bathroom has a bath/shower facility. The Townhouse is centrally heated and has an ample hot water supply (the cost of electricity and gas, along with the supply of good quality towels and bedding, is included in the price). There is a private car parking space to the left of the building. We also provide a special welcome pack for our guests, to help you make a relaxing start to your holiday. This includes 2 litres of milk (one each of full cream and semi-skimmed), a loaf of wholemeal bread, butter, Flora margerine, tea, coffee, a small supply of jams and honey and half a dozen free range organic eggs.

     


Our rental rates are £270-£400 per week, depending on season (see table below). Discounts for multi-week bookings.

Cost per week is irrespective of numbers staying and includes gas, electricity, towels and bedding. Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, check out at 10am and check in at 2pm. Sorry, this is not a suitable property for pets and is NON-SMOKING.
