Kahu Retreat is within easy walking distance of both East and West beaches, Culbin Forest and the Nairn Dunbar Golf Club


Kahu Retreat is fully equipped with all mod cons to include (but not limited to) the following: Widescreen Digital HD TV, Blue ray DVD player, XBox, Bose Radio CD, Bose iPod docking station and Wi-Fi with guest access via a Sony PC. The property is furnished to a high standard with solid oak furniture, pure wool carpets and original prints and paintings give a a home away from home feel

Kahu Retreat is also well stocked with an good selection of Books, DVD's and Board Games should the weather preclude outdoor pursuits. The legendary Nairn Microclimate meaning these indoor facilities are not often required! There is an additional TV & DVD equipment located in the master bedroom with a TV and Xbox arrangement in bedroom two (ideal for children) |

Kahu Retreat's modern spacious kitchen contains a gas hob, electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, crockery, glassware, pots, pans and the usual kitchen utensils. The washing machine is located here whilst the clothes dryer is situated in the garage
Kahu Retreat will accommodate four persons comfortably and consists of two bedrooms (one double and one twin). The sofa in the lounge can be converted into an additional bed so accommodation for up to five people is achievable. There are rollaway beds under the twin beds in bedroom two but realistically only one can be deployed at a time due to the room layout. The bathroom has a shower over bath arrangement, toilet, sink and mirror. An additional toilet is located in the cloakroom off the entrance vestibule. Iron and ironing board is also available should these be required.
Being a modern property Kahu Retreat comes well insulated with central heating throughout. There is a gas fire installed in the lounge and additional oil radiators in the bedrooms.
Off street parking for two cars (on driveway) and garage access is available for the storage of golf equipment etc. The enclosed rear garden is equipped with outdoor furniture and BBQ equipment is available on request. |

Kahu Retreat is easily accessible for wheelchair users due to the fact that all the accommodation is on one level and there is a flat pathway leading from the drive to the entrance vestibule. |


Tariff 2012/13
Rates range between £350-£550 per week dependant on season (refer to schedule below). Discounts are available for multi-week bookings and consideration will be given to part weeks and weekend stays outside the main holiday months of June/July/August.
Longer term rentals will be considered outside of the peak holiday season please e-mail for further information.
Rates are 'fully inclusive' with no 'additional' charges to be levied.

Cost per week is irrespective of number of people and includes gas, electricity, towels, bedding etc
Bookings typically run from Saturday afternoon (4pm) until Saturday morning (10am).
Check in/out times can be flexible but due to cleaning requirements any changes will need to be agreed in advance
Payment can be made via cheque, UK draft or PayPal (credit cards via PayPal system)
This agreement is made under the terms of schedule 4 section 8 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988 which gives the rentor the right to occupy the property for the agreed period for holiday purposes only
